Export reports and data

Exports keep your accountant and lenders aligned with the latest data.

1. Open Reports and run P&L, Cash Flow, AR Aging, or Balance Sheet.
2. Use Export to download CSV, Excel, or PDF.
3. For full backups, go to Settings > Backup and export core data.
4. Use list pages like Customers or Invoices for one-off exports.

Store exports in a secure location and keep a regular backup cadence.
