Getting started checklist

Set up your company, taxes, and data in under 20 minutes.

Use this checklist to get your Northyx workspace ready before you send your first invoice.

  1. Go to Settings > Company and add your business name, address, and contact info.
  2. Upload your logo and letterhead in Settings > Invoice and review default terms.
  3. Set default GST/HST/PST rates in Settings > Tax.
  4. Create or import customers and vendors from their list pages.
  5. Review your chart of accounts in Accounts and add any missing categories.
  6. Create a test invoice and download the PDF to confirm totals and branding.
  7. Invite team members in Settings > Team when you are ready.
