Invite team members and assign roles

Give owners, staff, and accountants the right access.

Invite team members so they can help with daily work or reporting.

  1. Open Settings > Team and click Invite.
  2. Enter the email address and choose a role.
  3. Owner: full access, Accountant: reports and journals, Staff: day to day, View only: read only.
  4. Monitor seat usage in Settings > Billing.
  5. Remove access when someone leaves the team.

Use the least access needed for each team member.
