Record payments against invoices
Apply full or partial payments and keep totals accurate.

Recording payments keeps your receivables and reports in sync.
- Go to Payments or open the invoice and choose Record payment.
- Select the invoice, amount, date, and payment method.
- Add a reference or notes if needed.
- Save to update the invoice balance and status.
If the payment is partial, record each payment separately.
