Record payments against invoices

Apply full or partial payments and keep totals accurate.

Recording payments keeps your receivables and reports in sync.

  1. Go to Payments or open the invoice and choose Record payment.
  2. Select the invoice, amount, date, and payment method.
  3. Add a reference or notes if needed.
  4. Save to update the invoice balance and status.

If the payment is partial, record each payment separately.
